If you are suffering from CAT exam stress, then try these stress-relieving tips:
1. Stop creating unattainable goals: Do not create unrealistic CAT preparation goals by telling yourself what you “should” do. Just do the best that you can.
2. Don’t be a negative prophet: Don’t psyche yourself to fail in the online CAT exam. Be tough, confident in your study habits and enjoy your hard work. Do not tell yourself “I know I am not going to do well on this test!” Be positive in your thoughts, and surround yourself with those who are positive.
3. Study Study Study: Nothing will make you feel more stressed than walking into the CAT test center, knowing that you did not engage in sincere CAT preparation.
4. Reward yourself: Be sure that you reward yourself throughout CAT preparation. Reward yourself for good study habits, and reward yourself for scoring well on your mock CAT exams.
5. Take more Practice Mock CAT Tests: Practice mock CATs, will ensure you don’t have jitters prior to the online CAT exam. This will boost your confidence on test day.
6. Positive Thinking: Surround yourself with positive influences and thoughts. Challenge yourself to do the best that you can on the online CAT test.
7. Stop contemplating the past: Even if you bombed your last mock CAT, don’t go to the CAT test center expecting to do the same. Remember that this test is different.
8. Sleep Well: Exhaustion decreases ability to cope with the CAT test.
