Great skin is a result of healthy skin care habits and requires dedication and persistence towards your skin care regimen. Here are 10 skin care habits that you can adopt the will pave the way to healthy and glowing skin.

Wash Off Your Make Up Every Night
If you don’t want to wake up with puffy eyes and yesterdays make up spread across your face, make sure you wash it off every night before going to bed. No matter how tired you are or how lazy you may feel, make sure your cleanse you face before hitting the sack.

Use a gentle non-irritating make remover to wipe off make-up from your eye areas with a cotton pad. Gently rub off the eye shadow and remove the mascara from the eyelashes. Next, wash your face with a mild cleanser that suits your skin type. Take a small amount of cleanser in your hands and rub until it becomes foamy and then rub it over your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use warm, not hot water to rinse and pat dry. Follow up with a toner and moisturize well.
